Today again "activation required"?

Today we got again an activation required for the HEMC today? What could be the reason? Do you all have this too? It’s kind of annoying without reason :wink:

Same here, without reason :frowning: i guess This is also a Problem with the new App ?
I am now in contact with the Support.

After a while and restart the App it shows active in Subscription and Start from beginning. (Connection lost and above Message)

am i really the only one with this problem? or does anyone else have the same problem? :slight_smile: support couldn’t find a fault on my HEMC, what now? there must be a problem with the app in connection with the software version of the HEMC…

Yes! I will give you an update as soon as i have a Solution.

For now, the support recommended me to perform a HardReset, but i dont think that This will Solve the Problem, because it seems to be a failure in the App. BTW: The old HEMC App works well so far. (Orange App)

But of course, i will try to perform a Hard Reset.

I will update as soon as possible.

Yes Matthias Schmidt i have the same Problem.
The problem come with the last Update from the App.

I already mentioned the unstable app in an earlier post here. I also don’t believe a hard reset of the hub is the solution. The new app is very unstable (on Android).

Hello everyone, it has just been confirmed to me that this is a bug.

The issue has been already found and fixed. The fix will be released with the next update of Motion Core.
